Follow M4 into Carmarthen, at roundabout turn right. Over mini-roundabout, over bridge and bear right at traffic lights (A484 to Cardigan). Follow this road into Cynwyl Elved (6/7 miles approx). In Cynwyl, just after shop on right, the road bears right. DON’T follow this, instead take the road that bears off to the left – B4333 to Newcastle Emlyn (10 / 12 miles approx). In Newcastle Emlyn turn left at T-Junction for 300 yards then turn right sign posted to Aberporth (B4333). Through Newcastle Emlyn, over bridge and turn left (sign posted Aberporth). Follow this road for approximately 9 miles until you come out on the main Cardigan / Aberystwyth road, the A487. Turn left towards Cardigan for 2 miles. Turn right sign posted to Aberporth (garage on left). Hotel Penrallt is one mile on the right hand side.
